We want you to be completely satisfied with your authentic Tandoor oven; if you are not, we offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that due to the weight and nature of our products, returned items must be securely crated to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and photos of the unused tandoor to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repackage the tandoor and all accessories in the original wooden crate or heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight pickup or provide instructions for your preferred carrier.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
