This unit uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and features an electronic temperature controller that maintains a precise temperature range between -8°F and 1°F which is ideal for storing frozen ingredients, meats, or prepared items.

The drawer-style design provides easy access and efficient organization. Each drawer accommodates one full-size 12″ x 20″ pan (6″ deep) or up to six 1/6-size pans, allowing for versatile storage configurations. Designed with recessed handles and magnetic door gaskets, it ensures smooth operation and a tight seal for maximum energy efficiency.
